The Foundation is a private law organism, associating various public and private partners, and whose governance gives a major role to private actors.

The Foundation is chaired by former French Ambassador Pierre Morel, who is assisted by an Advisory Council composed of personalities from cultural, academic and economic fields.

The Board of directors acts under the authority of a deputy president, Ms Laure Mellerio-Segalen, in charge of the operational team.

The Foundation ressources include:

• Public and private subsidies ;
• Companies donations ;
• Annual contributions of active members (moral persons: 1.000€ ; physical persons: 100€);
• Other resources authorised by legislative and statutory texts, only if these resources are deemed compatible with Foundation’s activities
